TANAH JAMBU, 11 JUNE 2021 - The International Night was organised by the participants of the 11th Command and Staff Course (CSC 11) at the Ceremonial Hall, Defence Academy, Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF). The Guest of Honour, the Commander of RBAF was greeted by the Acting Commandant Lieutenant Colonel (U) Azmie Iskandar bin Ariffin and event Chairman, Major Ahmad Bohare bin Mansor of DA RBAF. The Vice-Chancellor of UBD, Services Commanders, Joint Force Commander, Commandants, Defence Advisers/Attaches, Officials from respective Embassies/High Commissioners, UBD Lecturers, and members of the CSC Directing Staff were among those present.
The event began with an opening speech by the Deputy Chairman, Major Ho Jin Peng from the Republic of Singapore.
The International Night has been an annual event for CSC. The theme for this year’s International Night is “Thank you for flying with CSC Flight 112021”. It is intended to showcase the different cultures of the respective countries and more importantly, to forge everlasting friendships and camaraderie.
There are 11 nationalities represented at this year’s CSC – Brunei Darussalam, Bangladesh, India, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, Singapore, Thailand and the United States.
