TANAH JAMBU, Tuesday, 16 February 2021 - Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) held a Doa Kesyukuran ceremony at Surau Asy-Syuhada' to mark the 47th birthday of His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office.
Present at the ceremony was the Acting Commandant of the Defence Academy RBAF, Lieutenant Colonel Hajah Suriyati binti Haji Junaidi. Also present were Defence Academy Senior Officers, Officers and personnels, 11th Command and Staff College participants and Probationary Officer Cadets (POCdt) of Intake 20.
The ceremony started with the recital of Surah Al-Ma'idah verses 08 – 11 by 54073 POCdt Mohammad Noor Ridzwan bin Ahad. This was followed by Maghrib prayers, Sunat Hajat Prayers, recital of Surah Yassin, Doa Khusus and ended with Isyak prayers.
