DEFENCE ACADEMY ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES, Friday, 13th September 2024 - The History of Islam (Sirah Nabawi) course for military and civilian personnel of the Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) organised by the Religious Directorate of Royal Brunei Armed Forces (JAMA'AT) held from 9th September 2024 to 13th September 2024 at the Conference Room, Auditorium, Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF).
A total of 4 military personnel has attended the course for 5 days by Ustaz Haji Abdul Nasir Saufi bin Hassan, Religious Teacher of the Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF).
Among the curriculums of this course is to provide the knowledge to the participants about the development of Islam during the time of the Prophet Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wassalam. It is also to strengthen the knowledge of the participants in knowing the various events that took place starting from the time of the Prophet Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wassalam.
The aim of this course is to appreciate the services and sacrifices of the Prophet Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wassalam in defending Islam as well as being able to motivate the participants to continue the glory of Islam that was sparked by the Prophet Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wassalam.
Course participants also made a study tour at the Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah and Pusat Sejarah Brunei (Brunei History Centre) which is included in the course syllabus.
The course concluded by the closing ceremony event and the presentation of course completion certificates. The event ended with the closing doa.
