| CERTIFICATE PRESENTATION OF THE PSYCHOLOGY OF LEADERSHIP COURSE |
 TANAH JAMBU, Friday 09 August 2019 – Leadership and Management Centre, Defence Academy RBAF had facilitated the Psychology of Leadership Course, which was delivered by Dr. Charlotte Riggs from the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurt (RMAS) as an initiative of Exercise Dynamic Outreach RMAS through its International Policy Planning, UK with various partner countries including Brunei Darussalam. The course started with introductory remarks by the Head of LMC, Lt Col (U) Muhammad Amiruddin bin Hj Tuah. It was attended by 15 RBAF officers with a rank Lieutenant to Captain. It was held for five days with the objectives to enhance problem solving and decision making skills, identify individual and group motivation as well as to practise effective communication skills. By the end of the course, presenting the certificates to the course participants was the Head of LMC, followed by a token of appreciation to Dr. Charlotte Riggs.
