TANAH JAMBU, Tuesday 07 January 2020 – Defence Academy RBAF had facilitated the opening ceremony of the TetraMap Facilitator Certification course, which was delivered by Mr. Raymond Yap from the Tetra Excellence Consulting firm as an initiative to further develop human resource and organisational development.
The course commenced with introductory remarks by the Commandant of the Defence Academy RBAF, Colonel Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan. It was attended by 7 officers from DA RBAF and 2 officers from TI RBAF. The course will be held for three days with the objectives to integrate TetraMap into organisational and learning development, effectively facilitate TetraMap within all levels of command, strengthen workplace and personal relationships through TetraMap as a life-long learning tool and thinking framework. By the end of the course, participants will be qualified to facilitate the TetraMap workshop and build a framework on how to adapt to team members profiles and learning preferences.
