Kampung Tanah Jambu, 26 August 2020 – The Leadership and Management Centre Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (LMC DA RBAF) facilitated a one-day teambuilding workshop as part of the 28th Executive Development Programme for Senior Government Officers (EDPSGO) which is organised by Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB) in collaboration with Public Service Department (JPA).
The workshop was designed to foster team dynamics by building bonds and establishing connections and improve morale and engagement amongst the participants. The workshop was facilitated by Major Mohammad Ghazali bin Haji Hussin and officers from LMC DA RBAF.
The program started with an introductory brief held at the Ceremonial Hall. Various activities was conducted indoor and outdoor such as
Kenali Kem Kitani centering on building bonds and connections and fostering innovation and creativity. Twenty four participants of EDPSGO comprising of senior officers from various government departments participated in the workshop.
