| PSYCHOLOGY OF LEADERSHIP 2022 ONLINE COURSE |
 TANAH JAMBU, Tuesday 12 April 2022 –
Leadership and Management Centre, Defence Academy RBAF had facilitated
the Psychology of Leadership Course virtually, which was delivered by
Dr. Charlotte Riggs from the Royal Military Academy, Sandhurt (RMAS) as
an initiative of Exercise Dynamic Outreach RMAS through its
International Policy Planning, UK with various partner countries
including Brunei Darussalam.
It
was attended by 20 RBAF officers with a rank Lieutenant to Major. It
was held for 3 days with the objectives to enhance problem solving and
decision-making skills, identify individual and group motivation as well
as to practise effective communication skills
