DA RBAF HOSTS VISIT BY CHIEF OF DEFENCE FORCES OF THE ROYAL THAI ARMED FORCES

TANAH JAMBU, FRIDAY, 26 JUNE 2026 – The Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) had the honour of hosting an official visit by His Excellency General Ukris Boontanondha, Chief of Defence Force, Royal Thai Armed Forces (RTAF), together with his delegation. The visit formed part of his official programme in Brunei Darussalam and reflected the longstanding defence relations and professional cooperation between the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) and the Royal Thai Armed Forces.

DEFENCE ACADEMY ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES CELEBRATES THE ISLAMIC NEW YEAR OF 1448 HIJRAH
TANAH JAMBU, Tuesday, 16 June 2026 - Brunei Darussalam ushered the Islamic new year of 1448 Hijrah with Ilal Hijrah celebration at mosques, suraus and religious halls nationwide. The Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) also held the event simultaneously at Surau Asy-Syuhada, Tanah Jambu.

AIR FORCE WAR COLLEGE NIGERIA UNDERTAKES STUDY TOUR VISIT TO BRUNEI DARUSSALAM

BRUNEI DARUSSALAM, Friday, 12 June 2026 – The Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) had the honour of hosting a 35-member delegation from the Air Force War College (AFWC) of Nigeria, led by Air Vice Marshal Gambo Adamu Mbaka, Commandant of AFWC, from 8 to 12 June 2026, as part of the College’s international study tour programme held under the theme “Emerging Technologies in National Security.”

RIMBA AIR FORCE BASE, 31 May 2026 – The Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) participated in the RBAF 65th Anniversary Capability Exhibition and Public Static Display, showcasing its role in professional military education and leadership development.
