DA RBAF HOLDS PROMOTION CEREMONY FOR SENIOR AND JUNIOR NON-COMMISSIONED OFFICERS
TANAH JAMBU, Friday, 24 April 2026 – Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) held a promotion ceremony for two Senior Non-Commissioned Officers (SNCOs) and six Junior Non-Commissioned Officers (JNCOs) at the Ceremonial Hall, DA RBAF.

DA RBAF RECEIVES INTRODUCTORY CALL FROM JAPANESE DEFENCE ATTACHÉ AND FAREWELL CALL FROM SECURITY AND DEFENCE AFFAIRS OFFICER AT THE EMBASSY OF JAPAN IN BRUNEI DARUSSALAM

TANAH JAMBU, Monday, 20 April 2026 – Colonel (U) Azmie Iskandar bin Ariffin, Commandant of the Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF), received an introductory call from Lieutenant Commander Hasegawa Takeshi, the first resident Japanese Defence Attaché to Brunei Darussalam, and a farewell call from Lieutenant Commander Wada Toshifumi, Security and Defence Affairs Officer at the Embassy of Japan in Brunei Darussalam.

BERAKAS GARRISON, Friday, 27 March 2026 – With the consent of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’zzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, 1 officer from the Defence Academy, Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) was promoted to substantive Major amongst a total of 65 officers of the RBAF.
