TANAH JAMBU, 25 February 2024 – Nisfu Syaban holds an immense spritual value and a time to seek forgiveness, reflect and draw ourselves closer to Allah SWT. In th auspicious night all surau at Mindef & RBAF camp celebrated Nisfu Sya’ban 1445 hijrah including Defence Academy RBAF at Surau Asy-Syuhada, Tanah Jambu Camp.
Present as the Guest of Honour was Yang Mulia Colonel Pengiran Sharifuddin bin Pengiran Haji Yusof along with the senior officers, personnel and course participants from Command & Staff College and Officer Cadet School.
The event began with the recital of verses from the holy Quran, Fardhu Maghrib prayers, and three recitations of Surah Yasin. The event continued with a special doa to mark Nisfu Sya’ban and concluded with Fardhu Isya’prayers.
The event aims to encourage officers and personnel to reflect, seek the forgiveness and blessings of Allah Subhanahu wa Ta’ala during Nisfu Sya’ban, which is a night full of blessings, and prosperity to all Muslims.
