TANAH JAMBU, Thursday 01 November 2018 – The Leadership and Management Centre Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (LMC DA RBAF) for the first time facilitated teambuilding activities for the government officers who are currently undergoing the Executive Development Programmes (EDP) at Universiti Teknologi Brunei (UTB).Co-facilitating the activities with the Head of LMC DA RBAF, Lt Col (U) Muhammad Amiruddin bin Hj Tuah was LTC Shahromey bin Bakri, the Directing Staff 2 of Command and Staff College DA RBAF. The activities were part of the course program which was held for two days here at DA RBAF. The first session was held on Tuesday 30 October 2018 and participated by 28 Senior Government Officers, meanwhile the second session was participated by 30 government officers from the Middle Management.
The program started with an introduction brief held at the Ceremonial Hall. The program then continued with indoor and outdoor activities where the participants were able to explore more on teamwork, communication skills, time management and were also tested their ability to think during the problem solving activities while under pressure. The participants of the program were among the senior officers from various government departments and government-linked companies (GLCs). These activities aim to enhance the leadership skills of managers in order to lead their respective sections/departments in their workplace.
