TANAH JAMBU, Friday, 22 February 2019 – The Ministry of Defence and the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) simultaneously held the thanksgiving prayers at all surau in the respective garrisons to commemorate Brunei Darussalam’s 35th National Day’s celebration.
Meanwhile, DA RBAF was holding the event at Surau Ashyuhada and attended by Colonel Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commandant DA RBAF as the Guest of Honour. Also present were Senior Officers, Officers, participants of Command and Staff Course, Probationary Officers Cadets of Intake 18 and permanent staff of the DA RBAF.
The ceremony began with the recitation of verses from the Al-Quran followed by a mass Maghrib prayer and recitation of the Surah Yassin. The event then ended with Doa Kesyukuran and Isya’ prayer soon after.
