TANAH JAMBU, Monday 22 April 2019 – A promotion ceremony for the Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) Personnel was held this morning at the Ceremonial Hall, DA RBAF, Kampong Tanah Jambu.Present as the Guest of Honour was Col Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, the Commandant DA RBAF. Also present were Senior Officers, Officers and Staff of DA RBAF.
A total of 15 personnels from DA RBAF were promoted. One personnel was promoted to Substantive Sergeant, two to Acting Sergeant, four personnels to Substantive Corporal, Acting Corporal and Acting Lance Corporal.
The ceremony commenced with the recitation of the Surah Al-Fatihah led by Sergeant Haji Md Yusri bin Haji Yusof followed by the rank presentation and concluded with the recital of Doa before proceed to the group photo session. This promotion ceremony was a sign of acknowledgement to the hardwork and efforts of the promoted personnel in order for them to continuously serve with dedication, sincerity and excellence.
