TANAH JAMBU, Friday, 24 May 2019 – The Minister of Defence II, the Honourable Pehin Datu Lailaraja Major General (Retired) Dato Paduka Seri Haji Awang Halbi bin Haji Mohd Yussof made a mutual visit to Defence Academy’s Surau Asy-Syuhada to perform Isya’ prayer, sunat Tarawih followed by Tadarus Al-Qur’an ceremony. Congregants had the opportunity to perform the sunat Tarawih prayer led by students from the Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Al-Quran Institue.
The month of Ramadhan is an opportunity to increase pious deeds in order to seek blessings from Allah the Almighty therefore by performing sunat Taraweh and Witr prayers & Tadarus ceremony, congregants not only will benefit pious deeds but as well as creating stronger bonds within the organization.
