TANAH JAMBU, 06 December 2021 - Lieutenant Colonel (U) Azmie Iskandar bin Ariffin, Acting Commandant of the Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) received a farewell and introductory calls from Colonel ARH Zaenal Arifin, the outgoing Defence Attaché of the Republic of Indonesia to Brunei Darussalam and his successor, Colonel ARH Doddy Suhadiman at the DA RBAF Headquarters today.Also in attendance were Academic Adviser, Deputy Chief of Instructor, Adjutant and Academy Sergeant Major of DA RBAF.
During the call, the Acting Commandant conveyed his gratitude and appreciation to Colonel ARH Zaenal Arifin for his outstanding efforts and contributions, notably to the Defence Academy’s courses and interaction programmes to ensure greater defence collaboration between both countries.
The Acting Commandant then congratulated Colonel Doddy Suhadiman on his new position and expressed his optimism towards future defence cooperation opportunities, in particular between the two nations’ defence academies.
