BRUNEI DARUSSALAM, 4-5 JUNE 2020 - The participants of the 10th Command and Staff Course (CSC10) distributed an International Night gift package that includes a multinational cuisine platter, greeting card as well as a video clip presentation, to high-level and senior-level officials from the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF), Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF), Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) as well as Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD).Among the recipients were Commander of RBAF, Commissioner of RBPF, Permanent Secretary of MINDEF, Vice-Chancellor of UBD, Ambassadors/High Commissioners, Service Commanders, Joint Force Commander, Defence Advisers/Attaches, Directors, Commandants, UBD Lecturers as well as members of the CSC Directing Staff.
The gift package presentation, which was presented by the CSC10 participants in many smaller sub-groups, is symbolic of the hosting of a full-scale International Night that that has long been a tradition of CSC to showcase the rich and diverse cultures of all the nationalities represented at the course. This year’s International Night concept has been fine-tuned by the organising committee to be in line with the special circumstances that have arisen in light of COVID-19.
There are 14 nationalities represented at this year’s CSC – Brunei Darussalam, Indonesia, Malaysia, Philippines, Singapore, Thailand, Australia, Bangladesh, China, New Zealand, Oman, Pakistan, Saudi Arabia, and the United States.
