TANAH JAMBU, Friday, 04 March 2022 – In conjunction with the Isra’ Mi’raj 1443H celebration, Defence Academy RBAF held a religious event at Surau Asy-Syuhada, Defence Academy RBAF this afternoon. The theme of this year’s Isra’ Mi’raj celebration is ‘Sembahyangku Kerana Allah’ (My Prayer is for Allah).
Present at the ceremony was the Commandant of the Defence Academy RBAF, Colonel Pengiran Sharifuddin bin Pengiran Haji Yusof. Also present was the Director of Logistics, Colonel Haji Abdul Kadir bin Haji Mahmud, Defence Academy Senior Officers, Officers and staffs of Defence Academy RBAF.
The Isra’ and Mi’raj ceremony was commenced with a recitation of Sayyidul Istighfar, Surah Al-Fatihah and Surah Al-An’am (verses 158-165). The event then continued with a special talk delivered by a guest speaker, Ustaz Nur Amin bin Haji Jali from the RBAF Religious Directorate (JAMAAT). The event was then concluded with Asar prayer, Do’a and Selawat (80 times).
