BRUNEI MUARA, Friday, 20 November 2020 – Defence Academy RBAF held a cleaning campaign at Muslim cemeteries in conjunction with the 59th Royal Brunei Armed Forces Anniversary and 10th Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces Anniversary. The cemetery cleaning campaigns were held at Sri Pimping Muara Cemetry, Jerudong Cemetery, Jame’ ‘Asr Hassanil Bolkiah Cemetery and Kampong Mentiri Cemetery.The cemetery cleaning campaign ended with the recitation of Surah Yassin and Tahlil. This cemetery cleaning campaigns will continue on 4th December 2020 which will be held at Damuan Cemetery, Annaem Seria Cemetery, Pulaie Cemetery and Tanjong Nangka Cemetery. The campaign held yearly as one of the charitable activities. It is aimed to build community spirit among the personnel to pay respect in remembrance of the late Defence Academy personnel.
