KAMPONG TANAH JAMBU, Sunday 27 November 2016 – The Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) marked this year’s 6th anniversary by having ‘Family Day’ celebration at the premise of the academy itself. It ran from 8 am onwards by starting off with ‘Zumba’ led by DA RBAF very own PTI staffs.
Soon after ‘Zumba’, DA RABF permanent staffs and families went for more adventure on a jungle trekking around the camp and finishing off at the main area of the celebration; water fountain at the center of the auditorium, Command and Staff and Leadership and Management Centre buildings. The celebration continued with staffs and families enjoying various kinds of food and filled with fun games and other activities that commenced simultaneously, inclusive of bouncers, boat rowing, mini games, cycling around the camp and a cartoon movie that showed in the auditorium.
The excitement was further enlivened with ‘Lucky Draw’ and mini games prize presentations and ended with the long-awaited grand prizes presentation consisted of a night stay, massage and afternoon tea to three lucky winners presented by the Commandant of DA RBAF.
