KAMPONG TANAH JAMBU, Monday, 18 December 2017 – Colonel Mark Ernest P. Rosal, the outgoing resident Defense Attaché of the Republic of the Philippines to Brunei Darussalam, made a farewell call to the Commandant of the Defence Academy RBAF, Colonel Saiful-Akhmar bin Hj Mohd Shariff. With him, doing an introductory call was his successor Colonel Jose Ricky A Laniog.
The Commandant of the Defence Academy conveyed his utmost appreciation on his dedication, continued support and commitment during his tenure as the Defense Attaché. During the call, both sides reaffirmed their commitment to strengthen the existing bilateral defence cooperation through professional exchanges and goodwill visits.
In this opportunity, the Commandant of the Defence Academy was also congratulating Colonel Jose Ricky A Laniog, the incoming Defense Attaché of the Republic of the Philippines and expressed his confidence that relations between the two armed forces will continue to progress throughout his term as the new Defense Attaché.
Also attending the call were the members of Defence Academy Executive committee.
