KAMPONG TANAH JAMBU, Thursday 23 November 2017 – The Head of Education of the Indonesian Navy, Tentara Nasional Indonesia – Angkatan Laut (TNI-AL), First Admiral Manahan Simorangkir and delegations paid a visit to Defence Academy RBAF as part of three-day visit in Brunei Darussalam from 22 November 2017 until 24 November 2017.
The visit commenced with the arrival of First Admiral Manahan Simorangkir at Defence Academy Head Quarter RBAF and then he made a call to Commandant Defence Academy RBAF, Colonel Saiful-Akhmar bin Hj Mohd Shariff. Also attending the call were the members of the Defence Academy Executive committee. The delegations were also given a briefing on Defence Academy by Chief Instructor followed by a tour to the facilities.
The Commandant of the Defence Academy RBAF conveyed his utmost appreciation on this visit which reflects a continuous commitment in contributing profoundly to the development of the excellent relationship and defence cooperation between the RBAF and TNI. Over the years, bilateral defence relations between the two countries continues to be strong and excellent. To conclude the visit, the call ended with a plaque exchange and signing of parchment.
