UNIVERSITY BRUNEI DARUSSALAM, Friday, 20 January 2023 – Leadership and Management Centre, Defence Academy, Royal Brunei Armed Forces (LMC DA RBAF) facilitated six days teambuilding workshop as part of their initial phase of Introduction to Leadership and Self Development for Command and Staff Course (CSC) 13/2023 course participants.
The workshop was facilitated by Lieutenant Colonel Hj Awg Zuraihi bin Hj Awang Ashari, Head of LMC DA RBAF and officers from LMC DA RBAF where it was designed to foster team dynamics by building bonds and establishing connections and improve morale and engagement amongst the participants.
Various lessons and activities were conducted indoor and outdoor of UBD and DA RBAF throughout the workshop. This does not limit the students’ lessons within the classroom where outdoor activity was also conducted known as Kenali Kem Kitani which centering on building bonds and connections and fostering innovation and creativity.
