RBAF ESSAY WRITING COMPETITION 2019/2020 PRIZE PRESENTATION
TANAH JAMBU, Friday, 19 June 2020 - Prize Prensentation for the RBAF and Ministry of Defence Essay Writing Competition 2019/2020 took place at the Ceremonial Hall of the Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF), Kampong Tanah Jambu. Major General Pengiran Dato Paduka Seri Aminan bin Pengiran Haji Mahmud, Commander of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) presented the certificates and prizes to the winners of an essay writing competition. Receiving the 1st place prize winner was Awang Muhammad Khairuddin bin Haji Sarbini from Directorate of Development and Work Services. The ceremony was attended by Services Commanders and the Joint Force Commander, Deputy Permanent Secretary (Policy and Development), RBAF/Ministry of Defence’s Senior Officers and prize winners.
CSC10-2020 INTERNATIONAL NIGHT GIFT PACKAGE PRESENTATION
BRUNEI DARUSSALAM, 4-5 JUNE 2020 - The participants of the 10th Command and Staff Course (CSC10) distributed an International Night gift package that includes a multinational cuisine platter, greeting card as well as a video clip presentation, to high-level and senior-level officials from the Ministry of Defence (MINDEF), Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF), Royal Brunei Police Force (RBPF) as well as Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD).
PMO, MOFA AND BEDB DELIVERS TALKS TO CSC 10 – 2020
TANAH JAMBU, Thursday, 04 June 2020 - Course participants of the Command and Staff Course (CSC) 10/2020 received a talk from Samantha binti Haji Mohd Ali, Executive Officer of Brunei Economic Development Board (BEDB), highlighting the roles and responsibilities of BEDB. Present during the session was Abdurahman bin Abdul Aziz, the Assistant Chief Executive Officer of BEDB. The sharing session also emphasised on how BEDB has helped formulate an action plan to assist local entrepreneurs during the current COVID19 pandemic.
DOA KESYUKURAN TO COMMEMORATE RBAF’S 59TH ANNIVERSARY
DEFENCE ACADEMY, Sunday, 31 May 2020 – Today marks a special day for Ministry of Defence and the Royal Brunei Armed Forces. Held at the Ceremonial Hall, Defence Academy. The Deputy Commandant of Defence Academy, Lieutenant Colonel Dayang Hajah Suriyati binti Haji Junaidi, this morning attended a thanksgiving ceremony as the Guest of Honour to commemorate the 59th Anniversary of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces.
DEFENCE ACADEMY RBAF HOLDS KHATAM AL-QURAN CEREMONY
TANAH JAMBU, Friday, 22 May 2020 – In conjunction with this year’s holy month of Ramadhan, Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) held a Khatam Al-Quran Ceremony at the DA RBAF Headquarters, Tanah Jambu this morning. Present at the ceremony were the senior officers and personnel of DA RBAF.
