TANAH JAMBU, Monday, 20 January 2020 – A promotion ceremony was held this morning for DA RBAF personnel at DA RBAF Headquarters. Present as the Guest of Honour was Colonel Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, the Commandant DA RBAF. Also present at the ceremony were Senior Officers, Officers, Senior Ranks as well as other ranks of DA RBAF.A total of 3 personnel were promoted; one personnel was promoted to Substantive Sergeant, one to Acting Sergeant and one to Substantive Lance Corporal.
The ceremony commenced with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah followed by the presentation of ranks by the Guest of Honour. Recital of Doa was then read by Sergeant Haji Md Yusri bin Haji Yusof and the ceremony was then concluded with a group photo session. The promotion ceremony was conducted to acknowledge their efforts and hardwork of the promoted personnel as well as to encourage the others to strive for excellence.
