TANAH JAMBU, Friday, 16th May 2025 – The Islamic Funeral Management Workshop for military and civilian personnel of the Defence Academy, Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF), was organised by the Religious Directorate of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (JAMA’AT). The workshop was held from 12th to 16th May 2025 at Surau Asy-Syuhada, DA RBAF. A total of 05 military and civilian personnel attended the 5 day workshop.
The aim of the workshop was to provide an understanding of the procedures and steps involved in the preparation of a deceased person for burial. It also aimed to guide participants on what is prohibited and permitted during the process.
The workshop concluded with a closing ceremony and the presentation of certificates of completion. The event ended with a closing Doa.
