TANAH JAMBU, Friday, 07 March 2025 - Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) commenced The First Khatam Al-Qur'an in conjunction with Brunei Darussalam’s 41st National Day at Surau Asy-Syuhada, Tanah Jambu.
Present as the Guest of Honour was Colonel Pg Sharifuddin bin Pg Haji Yusof, Commandant of DA RBAF. Also in attendance were Head of Departments, Senior Officers, Officers and personnel of DA RBAF.
The ceremony began with the collective recitation of the final verses of the Al-Quran, followed by Takhtim and Dzikir Marhaban followed by the distribution of ‘bunga telur’ to the participants of Khatam Al-Quran.The event concluded with prayers for the Sultan of Brunei Darussalam and the nation.
