BRUNEI MUARA, Monday, 23 November 2020 – Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces took part in the blood donation campaign in conjunction with the Royal Brunei Armed Force 59th Anniversary and Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces 10th Anniversary in collaboration with the Blood Donation Centre (BDC), which the campaign was held at Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) Hospital.This campaign aims to increase awareness on the importance of blood donation and good health implication to the donors. Representatives from BDC RIPAS, Ministry of Health conducted medical check-up prior before the campaign started to all the donors to ensure they are fit to donate. Through this campaign, Defence Academy RBAF is supporting the Ministry of Health’s effort to adequate blood supply. Defence Academy RBAF believes in how crucial it is to help in saving lives by donating blood.
