DEFENCE ACADEMY, Wednesday 11 December 2019 – In cooperation with the Blood Donation Centre of the Raja Isteri Pengiran Anak Saleha (RIPAS) Hospital, Ministry of Health conducted a blood donation in conjunction with the Defence Academy RBAF 9th anniversary that was held at the Auditorium, Defence Academy RBAF.
A Total of 19 volunteers from Defence Academy RBAF participated in the donation. Health representatives from the Blood Donation Centre will conduct health screenings on potential blood donors. The donation serve as a drive to encourage eligible volunteers in Defence Academy RBAF of all blood types to donate blood to strengthen the community’s blood supply for the benefit of all. The drive is intended to inculcate a sense of charity and to educate the importance of giving blood to save lives.
