TANAH JAMBU, Thursday, 20 March 2025 – In conjunction with Nuzul Al-Quran and the holy month of Ramadhan, Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) held a special Religious Lecture at Surau Asy-Syuhada, DA RBAF.
Present as the Guest of Honor was Colonel Pengiran Sharifuddin bin Pengiran Haji Yusof, Commandant of DA RBAF. Also in attendance were Senior Officers, Officers, and personnel of DA RBAF.
The event commenced with the Zohor prayer followed with the recitation of Sayyidul Istighfar, Surah Al-Fatihah, and Surah Az-Zumar (verses 18-21) recited by Corperal Jasri bin Jaman.The event continued with a religious lecture delivered by Ustaz Haji Muskrisman Safari bin Haji Mustafa focused on the theme “Akal Sihat dengan Al-Quran”.
The lecture highlighted how reciting the Al-Quran helps maintaining a sound, rational, and enlightened mind through the guidance of the Al-Quran. It emphasizes how the teachings of the Quran nurture intellectual, emotional, and spiritual well-being, leading to a balanced and righteous way of thinking.
