Tanah Jambu, Tuesday, 24 November 2020 – Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) held Doa Kesyukuran ceremony to mark its 10th anniversary. The event was held at Surau Asy-Syuhada’, DA RBAF.
Present at Surau Asy-Syuhada’ was Lieutenant Colonel Suriyati binti Haji Junaidi, the Acting Commandant of DA RBAF and Lieutenant Colonel Mohd Salehudin bin Dato Paduka Haji Puasa, the Senior Directing Staff of Command and Staff College, DA RBAF. Also, in attendance was the Officers and Staffs of DA RBAF, Officers undergoing Intermediate Staff Course and Officer Cadets of Intake 19.
The ceremony began with Maghrib mass prayers and followed by Sunnat Hajat prayer, mass recital of Surah Yassin, Tahlil and Doa Kesyukuran led by Imam Mohd Khairol Azmi bin Haji Salleh, Imam of Surau Asy-Syuhada’ DA RBAF. The congregants then performed Ishak mass prayer and Doa Peliharakan Sultan dan Negara Brunei Darussalam to conclude the event.
The event was held according to the standard operating procedure (SOP) set by the by the Ministry of Health and the Ministry of Religious Affairs to curb the spread of Covid-19.
