CSC9 CONTINUES OST IN KUALA LUMPUR
KUALA LUMPUR, Tuesday, 23 April 2019 - The 9th Command and Staff Course (CSC9) Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) continued their series of visits to government agencies in Malaysia as part of the Overseas Study Tour (OST) programmes.

DEFENCE ACADEMY RBAF CELEBRATES NISFU SYA’BAN
Tanah Jambu, Saturday, 20 April 2019 – Nisfu Sya’ban is a religious occasion which is annually celebrated in the middle of the month of Syaaban. It is embraced by Muslims by amplifying Zikir and performing religious practices as much as they can on the said evening in order to gain endless blessings and countless rewards from Allah SWT. Muslims are highly encouraged to enliven this religious occasion and the Defence Academy is no exception. This evening, the Defence Academy of Royal Brunei Armed Forces held the Nisfu Sya’ban celebration at the Asy Syuhada Surau.

TANAH JAMBU, Friday, 19 April 2019 – A ceremony for the distribution of ‘Kurma Kurnia Peribadi’ or personal gift of dates from His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzadin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Haji Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam was held this morning at the Surau Asy-Syuhada of the Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF), Kampung Tanah Jambu.
COMMAND AND STAFF COURSE COHORT 9/2019 COMMENCES LOCAL STUDY TOUR (LST) WEEK
Command and Staff Course Cohort 9/2019 began their Local Study Tour (LST) as part of the beginning of the second term module programme for the Strategic Analysis studies. Course Participants are provided with the opportunity and first-hand experience to visit the key ministries/statutory bodies and achieve an enhanced understanding of both Brunei and the agencies visited policies, strategies and initiatives at the strategic and operational levels.
