FIRST ADMIRAL OF INDONESIAN NAVY PAID A VISIT TO DA RBAF
KAMPONG TANAH JAMBU, Thursday 23 November 2017 – The Head of Education of the Indonesian Navy, Tentara Nasional Indonesia – Angkatan Laut (TNI-AL), First Admiral Manahan Simorangkir and delegations paid a visit to Defence Academy RBAF as part of three-day visit in Brunei Darussalam from 22 November 2017 until 24 November 2017.
1st COMD RBAF ACADEMIC WORKSHOP COMMENCED
TANAH JAMBU, Friday 17 November 2017 – As an initiative of the Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces in developing the conceptual component of fighting power particularly within the RBAF’s officers, the Commander RBAF Academic Workshop was introduced.
DEFENCE ADVISER OF THE REPUBLIC OF SINGAPORE MADE A FAREWELL CALL
KAMPONG TANAH JAMBU, Tuesday 14 November 2017 – Colonel Lee Yong Heng, the outgoing resident Defence Adviser of the Republic of Singapore to Brunei Darussalam, made a farewell call this afternoon to the Commandant of the Defence Academy RBAF, Colonel Saiful-Akhmar bin Hj Mohd Shariff. Also attending the call were the member of the Defence Academy Executive committee.

KAMPONG TANAH JAMBU, Tuesday 14 November 2017 – Captain (CN) Juan Jose Moreno Pastorin, the Non-Resident Defence Attache of Spain accredited to Brunei Darussalam paid a courtesy call earlier today to the Commandant of the Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces, Colonel Saiful-Akhmar bin Hj Mohd Shariff as part of his programme as newly appointed Defence Attache to Brunei Darussalam. Also present also were Defence Academy’s Executive Committee.
DEFENCE ADVISER OF BANGLADESH’S WORKING VISIT TO DA RBAF
KAMPONG TANAH JAMBU, Thursday 3 November 2017 – The Defence Adviser of Bangladesh, Air Commodore Md Humayun Kabir who is currently based at Kuala Lumpur, Malaysia made a working visit today to the Commandant of the Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces, Colonel Saiful-Akhmar bin Hj Mohd Shariff on his three day visit to Brunei. He was welcomed by the senior officers of the Defence Academy RBAF.
104 CANDIDATES UNDERGO AFCB SERIES 2/2017
KAMPONG TANAH JAMBU, Friday 20 October 2017 – A total of 104 candidates enrolled to be selected as potential Officer Cadets for Officer Cadet School, Defence Academy, Royal Brunei Armed Forces. The Armed Forces Commissioning Board (AFCB) Series 2/2017 selection process was organised by the Recruitment Office, Directorate of Personnel and chairing the committee is the Commandant of DA RBAF, Colonel Saiful-Akhmar bin Haji Mohd Shariff from 16-20 October 2017 held at Defence Academy, Tanah Jambu.
