TANAH JAMBU, Surau Asy-Syuhada, Friday, 30 May 2025 - Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) held a thanksgiving ceremony in conjunction with the RBAF 64th Anniversary. The ceremony was attended by Commander Haji Edy Jofren bin Pehin Datu Panglima Dato Paduka Haji Abdul Jalil, RBN, Chief Instructor of DA RBAF. Also in attendance were senior officers, officers, staffs and course participants of DA RBAF.
The thanksgiving function began with recitation of Al-Quran, Surah Ali-Imran verse 121 -127, followed by Fardhu Maghrib prayer and Sunat Hajat prayer, recitation of Surah Yaasin and a special 'Doa Kesyukuran in conjunction with RBAF 64th Anniversary'. The function concluded with the Fardhu Isya' prayer led by Sergeant Shahrul Al-Hasri bin Hamzah.
