WORKING VISIT BY THE QUARTERMASTER OFFICE OF THE DEFENCE ACADEMY, RBAF TO NO. 41 SQUADRON, NO. 4 WING, ROYAL BRUNEI AIR FORCE (RBAIRF)

ROYAL BRUNEI AIR FORCE, Monday, 21 July 2025 – This visit was part of the early planning by the Quartermaster Office of the Defence Academy, Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF), in preparation for the upcoming FFR Inspection scheduled for January 2026. Additionally, the visit aimed to gain a closer understanding of the new logistics system implemented by the Royal Brunei Air Force (RBAirF), specifically the Air Force Domestic Logistic System (ADLS), as well as to assess the capabilities and facilities of the RBAirF Quartermaster Unit. This visit also provided an opportunity and exposure for the Defence Academy to understand the needs and challenges faced by personnel serving in the unit, particularly in their role as providers and facilitators in terms of logistics.

Overall, the visit offered a comprehensive insight into systematic logistics management and the use of modern technology such as ADLS, which contributes to operational efficiency. It also paved the way for the Defence Academy to consider adopting a similar system in the future, while strengthening collaborative ties between the logistics units of the Defence Academy and the Royal Brunei Air Force.
