TANAH JAMBU, Friday, 23 January 2026 – The Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) held a Kuliah Suboh event in conjunction with Isra’ and Mi’raj 1447H celebration with this year’s theme ‘Sembahyang Teras Model Insani’ (Prayer as the Core of Human Capital). The event was held at Surau Asy-Syuhada, DA RBAF.
Present as the Guest of Honour was Yang Mulia Commander Haji Edy Jofren bin Pehin Datu Penglima Dato Paduka Haji Abdul Jalil, RBN, Chief Instructor of DA RBAF. Present to the event were senior officers, officers, course participants of Command and Staff Course (CSC) 16//2026 as well personnel of DA RBAF.
The event began with Suboh prayer in congregation followed by Kuliah Suboh presented by Captain Mohammad Ayza Azrine bin Ayahani from the RBAF Religious Directorate (JAMA’AT). The event continued with the recital of Tadarus Al-Quran, Sunat Isyraq Prayer, Sunat Hajat as well Sunat Dhuha Prayer. The event concluded with Selawat Qiam, Tasbih Kafarah and Doa for parents, Doa Syaaban as well Doa for the goodness of this world and the hereafter.
