TANAH JAMBU, Tuesday, 21 February 2023 – In conjunction with the Isra’ Mi’raj 1444H celebration, Defence Academy RBAF held a religious event at Surau Asy-Syuhada, Defence Academy RBAF this afternoon. The theme of this year’s Isra’ Mi’raj celebration is “Bersabar, Berikhtiar, Bertawakkal dan Berdoa Menghadapi Ujian: Sembahyang Meraih Redha Allah".
Present at the ceremony was the Deputy Commandant of the Defence Academy RBAF, Leftenant Colonel Azmie Iskandar bin Ariffin, Also present was Defence Academy Senior Officers, Officers and staffs of Defence Academy RBAF.
The Isra’ and Mi’raj ceremony was commenced with a recitation of Sayyidul Istighfar, Surah Al-Fatihah and Surah Al-Isra (verses 13-19) lead by SSgt (U) Zulsham bin Haji Abdullah. The event then continued with a special talk delivered by a guest speaker, Imam Hj Yussoff bin Hj Ahad from the Kampong Rataie Mosque.
