MONDAY, 20 March 2024- 12 retired veterans have received various donations that have been collected from all RBAF Camps under a charity project known as 'Kamathali Habbah' in conjunction with the RBAF's 62nd Anniversary. The event was conducted concurrently across several districts to present the donations.
The Commandant of the Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF), Yang Mulia Colonel Pengiran Sharifuddin bin Pengiran Haji Yusof presented the donation to 3253 Sergeant (Retired) Haji Mahmud bin Haji Mohammad in Kampong Mata-mata. Sergeant (Rtd) Haji Mahmud had served RBAF for 25 years and retired in 1986 as a cook in Muara Camp.
This project served as a way to appreciate the veteran who had served RBAF and also encourage members of the RBAF to jointly take steps in assisting those in need and less fortunate.
