THE OPENING CEREMONY OF INTERMEDIATE STAFF COURSE 19/2019
TANAH JAMBU, Tuesday 2 April 2019 – The Opening Ceremony of the Intermediate Staff Course (ISC) 19/2019 was held today at the Auditorium of the Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF), Kampung Tanah Jambu. Present to officiate the opening ceremony of the course was the Guest of Honour, the Commandant of DA RBAF, Colonel Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan.
WRITING SKILLS COURSE SERIES 2/2018 CERTIFICATE PRESENTATION
Monday, 18 March 2019 – Twenty officers had completed the Writing Skills Course Series 2/2018 today which was conducted by the Leadership and Management Centre, Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces. The closing remarks was delivered by the guest of honor, Lieutenant Colonel (U) Pg Hj Mohd Hasreen bin Pg Hj Ali Hassan, Chief Instructor of the Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces.
FAREWELL DINNER FOR FORMER COMMANDANT OF DEFENCE ACADEMY ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES

– The Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) held a
farewell dinner for the former Commandant, Colonel Saiful-Akhmar bin
Haji Mohd Shariff at the I-Lotus Restaurant, Kampung Rimba in
appreciation for his contribution and leadership throughout his service
at the DA RBAF.
CSC9 KAYAKING SPORT ACTIVITY
RBAF Water Sports Centre, Friday, 15 March 2019 – 30 officers from the 9th Command and Staff Course (CSC 9), Defence Academy RBAF, were introduced to the sport of kayaking at the RBAF Water Sports Centre. The weekly sports activity was the fifth one organised by CSC 9 course participants for CSC 1st term and aimed at instilling and promoting a healthy lifestyle; moreover, it also hopes to foster closer ties and friendship amongst CSC 9 students of various nationalities
PASSING OUT PARADE OF PROBATIONARY OFFICER CADETS OF INTAKE 18 OFFICER CADET SCHOOL
TANAH JAMBU, Thursday 14 March 2019 – A Passing Out Parade was held this morning at Defence Academy RBAF Parade Square, Tanah Jambu. 82 Probationary Officer Cadets marched into the parade grounds of Defence Academy RBAF, marking the end of their 6-weeks of initial basic military training phase.
APPOINTMENT CEREMONY FOR THE 18th INTAKE, OFFICER CADET SCHOOL DA RBAF
TANAH JAMBU, Thursday, 14 March 2019 – Appointment ceremony for the Probationary Officer Cadet of Intake 18 was held today at the Ceremonial Hall of the Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF), Tanah Jambu. By the consent of His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu’izzaddin Waddaulah ibni Al-Marhum Sultan Omar ‘Ali Saifuddien Sa’adul Khairi Waddien, Sultan and Yang Di-Pertuan of Brunei Darussalam, 82 Probationary Officer Cadets were appointed to be Officer Cadets. Present to award the new insignias was the Commander of the RBAF, Yang Mulia Major General Pengiran Dato Paduka Seri Aminan bin Pengiran Haji Mahmud.
