OBOE ENDEAVOUR AWARDEES HEAD TO AUSTRALIA
Canberra, Tuesday 03 December 2019 - The 2019 OBOE Endeavour Academic Excellence Award Recipients were introduced to the inner workings of the Australian Defence Force(ADF) with several organisational briefs held at the Russel Offices Complex, which is home to the Australian Department of Defence and the administrative headquarters of the ADF. The awardees were briefed on some of the policy drivers for Australian Defence including the White Paper 2016, and the Gender, Peace and Security agenda under Australia’s First National Action Plan on Women, Peace and Security 2012-2018 where they discussed the different roles women and men play in conflicts, and improving women’s representation on operations in the ADF.
PROMOTION CEREMONY FOR DEFENCE ACADEMY ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES PERSONNEL
TANAH JAMBU, Friday 29 November 2019 – A promotion ceremony for the Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) Personnel was held at the Ceremonial Hall, DA RBAF, Kampong Tanah Jambu. Present as the Guest of Honour was Colonel Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, the Commandant DA RBAF. Also present were Senior Officers, Officers, Senior Ranks and other ranks of DA RBAF.
SEKOLAH MENENGAH MASIN VISIT TO DEFENCE ACADEMY OF RBAF
TANAH JAMBU, Thursday 28th November 2019 – Delegation from the Sekolah Menengah Masin visited the Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) as part of their school visit activity. The delegation which comprises of 7 teachers and 50 students, lead by Deputy Principle Administration, Shahidah Khairena binti Haji Sharbini was welcomed by 657 Mej (U) Pg Mohd Farisan @ Syahmil bin Pg Hj Metassan, the 2IC Commanding Officer of Officer Cadet School (OCS) DA RBAF.

KAMPONG TANAH JAMBU, Monday 25 November 2019 – The Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) celebrated its 9th anniversary today, which took place at the DA RBAF Auditorium.
STUDY DAY IN CONJUNCTION WITH DA RBAF 9TH ANNIVERSARY
TANAH JAMBU, Tuesday, 26 November 2019 – A Study Day entitled “Towards Developing an Islamic Doctrine” delivered by Professor Amin Abdul Aziz from the Universiti Brunei Darussalam (UBD) was held yesterday in conjunction with the 9th Anniversary of the Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) at the Auditorium DA RBAF, Kampung Tanah Jambu.
THANKSGIVING CEREMONY FOR 9TH ANNIVERSARY OF DEFENCE ACADEMY
TANAH JAMBU, 24 November 2019 – Defence Academy of Royal Brunei Armed Forces celebrated its ninth year anniversary earlier tonight with a thanksgiving ceremony that took place at Surau Asy-Syuhadah. The Commandant of the Defence Academy, Colonel Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, was present as the Guest of Honour. Amongst the attendees were senior officers and officers, Defence Academy personnel and Officer Cadets of Intake 18.
