​TANAH JAMBU, Friday, 8 November 2019 – Dikir Maulud ceremony held at Surau Asy-Syuhadah for 12 consecutive nights has come to an end. Colonel Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commandant of the Defence Academy, was present as the Guest of Honour. Amongst the attendees were senior officers and officers, Defense Academy personnel and Officer Cadets of Intake 18.

DEWAN BAHASA DAN PUSTAKA VISITS DEFENCE ACADEMY LIBRARY

TANAH JAMBU, Monday, 04 November 2019 – The delegation from the Bandar Seri Begawan Language and Literature Bureau or more commonly known as Dewan Bahasa dan Pustaka, cawangan Bandar Seri Begawan, comprised of 11 personnel led by the Acting Director, Awang Suip bin Hj Abd Wahab, visited the Defence Academy Library Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA Library RBAF) as part of their working visit schedule. Upon arrival, the delegation was welcomed by the Deputy Commandant of the DA RBAF, Lt. Col. Hajah Suriyati binti Haji Junaidi, and other DA RBAF Officers.

The event took place at Surau Asy-Syuhadah, Defence Academy. Ustaz Haji Muskrisman bin Haji Mustafa from Pusat Dakwah Islamiah was invited as the guest of speaker.

DEPLOYMENT TO SINGAPORE

DEPLOYMENT TO SINGAPORE

Berakas, Wednesday, 30th October 2019– A contingent of 54 personnel made up of Instructors, Physical Training Instructors and Land Force Officer Cadets from the Officer Cadet School (OCS) departed for the Republic of Singapore this morning. The contingent was led by the Intake Commander of OCS, Major Khairul Faizin Bin Hj Gapar. This marks the beginning of a bilateral exercise between OCS and the SAFTI (Singapore Armed Forces Training Institute) Military Institute that will extend from the 30th of October until the 15th of November. During this period of time the Land Force Officer Cadets of OCS will undergo a training exchange and will take on the challenge and experience Fighting in Built Up Areas (FIBUA) in the Republic of Singapore.

​TANAH JAMBU, 28 October 2019 – In honor of the Prophet Muhammad Sallallahu ‘Alaihi Wasallam, celebrated every 12 Rabiulawal, the Defence Academy held the opening ceremony of Dikri Maulud for 12 consecutive nights starting earlier this evening at Surau Asy-Syuhadah. Present at the ceremony as the Guest of Honour was Lieutenant Colonel (U) Muhammad Amiruddin bin Hj Tuah. Amongst the attendees were Major Mohammad Ghazali bin Haji Hussin, Senior Officers and Officers, RBAF Personnel and Officer Cadets of Intake 18.

THE 4TH AIR FORCE INTERNATIONAL CADETS WEEK

​The 4th Air Force International Cadets Week was unveiled on 21 October 2019 at the Cultural Centre Aviation University Air Force, Changchun, Jilin Province, China. This event will last one week from 20 to 26 October 2019 and participated by a total of 64 air force officer cadets from 16 different countries, 32 from People’s Liberation Army Air Force and 32 other international air force cadets from Brunei Darussalam, United Kingdom, France, South Korea, Italy, Poland, Greece, Tanzania, Vietnam, Holland, Philippines, Singapore, United Arab Emirates, Bangladesh, Germany and Pakistan.
