TANAH JAMBU, Thursday, 30 January 2025 – In commemoration of the Isra' Mi'raj 1446H celebration, the Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) hosted a religious talk at Surau Asy-Syuhada, DA RBAF. This year’s theme for the celebration was "Sembahyang Mencerdaskan Minda" (Prayer Enlightens the Mind).
Present as the guest of honour was Yang Mulia Colonel Pengiran Sharifuddin bin Pengiran Haji Yusof, Commandant of DA RBAF. Also in attendance were senior officers, officers, and personnel of DA RBAF.
The ceremony commenced with the recitation of Sayyidul Istighfar, Surah Al-Fatihah, and Surah Al-Isra (verses 1-7) led by Warrant Officer 2 (U) Zulsham bin Haji Abdullah. This was followed by a religious talk delivered by Ustaz Mohammad Ri’fat Atiyah bin Anwari from the RBAF Religious Directorate.
The celebration concluded with the congregational Asr Prayer, followed by Selawat Qiam, and ended with a group photo session with all attendees.
