TANAH JAMBU, Tuesday, 17 March 2026 – The Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) organised a Special Lecture in conjunction with Nuzul Al-Quran and the 3rd Khatam Al-Qur’an Ceremony under the Ihya Ramadhan 1447H Programme at Surau Asy-Syuhada.
Present as the Guest of Honour was Colonel (Udara) Azmie Iskandar bin Ariffin, Commandant of DA RBAF. Also in attendance were Executive Members, Senior Officers, Officers, and personnel of DA RBAF, as well as course participants from Command and Staff Course 16/2026.
The event commenced with a special lecture delivered by Lance Corporal Muhd Muizz bin Mustafa from the RBAF Religious Directorate (JAMA’AT). This was followed by the collective recitation of the Khatam Al-Qur’an, Takhtim, Doa Khatam, and Dikir Marhaban. The ceremony continued with the distribution of Bunga Telur by the Guest of Honour to participants of the Khatam Al-Qur’an. The event concluded with the recitation of Doa Peliharakan Sultan and Negara Brunei Darussalam.
