Tanah Jambu, Wednesday, 16 June 2021 - Lieutenant Colonel (U) Azmie Iskandar bin Ariffin, Acting Commandant of the Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) received a courtesy call from His Excellency Mr John Virgoe, The High Commissioner to Brunei Darusalaam of the United Kingdom of Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
During the call, both His Excellency and the Acting Commandant expressed their deep admiration for the long history of bilateral relations that the two nations share. The Acting Commandant of the Defence Academy extended his utmost appreciation for the continuous support provided by the United Kingdom Loan Service Team for their continued efforts in developing training and education within the Royal Brunei Armed Forces.
His Excellency was then treated to a tour of the academy grounds, where he met Loan Service personnel, officer cadets and Defence Academy Directing Staff.
