SUNDAY, 24 Dec 2023 - Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces participated in Family Day, Cycling Expedition and Group Run Championship in Conjunction with the RBAF 62nd Anniversary.
The event commenced with the departure of 62km Cycling Expedition, departure of the Male Group Run and the departure of the Female Group Run.
The event then followed with the warm up before proceeding with the departure of 12.6km Cycling Expedition with family by YM Major General Dato Paduka Seri Haji Muhammad Haszaimi bin Bol Hassan, Commander of Royal Brunei Armed Forces. Its then followed with the departure of fun walk by YM Datin Ummisyafinah, spouse of YM Dato CDF.
The event was filled with food stalls and the fun fair activities such as horse riding, ATV and many more. The celebration hoped to embrace and instill family values, and strengthen ties and good will among the family members of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces personnel, which will not only encourage a healthier working environment, but also, a better emotional,psychological and social well-being of its personnel.
