TANAH JAMBU, Monday, 04 November 2024 - The Defence Academy held a farewell visit to mark the retirement of Warrant Officer 1 (WO1) Rosleen Bin Hj Tujoh, the Force Sergeant Major of the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF) at the Auditorium, Defence Academy. In attendance were The Academy Sergeant Major, School Sergeant Major, Wing Sergeant Major, as well as Senior and Junior Non-Commissioned Officers of the Defence Academy.
The ceremony began with the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah, led by the Religious Teacher of Defence Academy, Ustaz Nasir Saufi bin Hassan. The event continued with a farewell speech from the Force Sergeant Major of RBAF, in which he highlighted that the RBAF core values are the fundamental elements that needs to be practiced by all military personnel in the RBAF. He also emphasized the importance of being highly disciplined in order to uphold the high regimental standards within the RBAF.
The Force Sergeant Major also had the opportunity to interact with the Defence Academy personnel at the Ceremonial Hall. The ceremony concluded with a group photo of the Defence Academy personnel with the Force Sergeant Major. The Defence Academy RBAF extends its heartfelt congratulations and appreciation to WO1 Rosleen, honoring his dedicated service and wishing him every success in his future endeavors.
