TANAH JAMBU, Monday, 01 September 2025 - The Defence Academy, Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) recently held Majlis Gema Marhaban Dalam at Surau Asy-Syuhada in conjunction with the celebration of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The event was graced by the Guest of Honor, Colonel Pengiran Rumaizi bin Pengiran Othman, Joint Force Commander Royal Brunei Armed Forces. Also in attendance were the Deputy Commandant of the DA RBAF, Senior Officers, Officers, Staff of DA RBAF and Officer Cadets of Intake 24.
The event commenced with Maghrib prayers, followed by Sayyidul Istighfar and the recitation of Surah Al-Fatihah. Attendees were then enriched with a reading of the Sirah Nabawiyyah, recounting the life and teachings of Prophet Muhammad (PBUH). The Dikir session continued with Dikir As-salammu'alaika and other selected Dikir, bringing a spiritual atmosphere to the occasion. After Isya prayers, Selawat Badriyyah and Dikir Marhaban were performed, with the event concluding with a Doa Dikir.
The ceremony ended with the recitation of Doa Peliharakan Sultan and Negara Brunei Darussalam, invoking blessings for the well-being of the Sultan and the nation. This event not only served as a spiritual reflection for the participants but also reinforced the values of unity and faith within the Royal Brunei Armed Forces (RBAF). It was a meaningful occasion for all attendees, marking the significance of Prophet Muhammad's (PBUH) life and teachings.
