SURAU ASY-SYUHADA, Monday, 16 February 2026 - Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) held a thanksgiving function in conjunction with the 52nd birthday celebration of His Royal Highness Prince Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah ibni His Majesty Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah Mu'izzaddin Waddaulah, the Crown Prince and Senior Minister at the Prime Minister's Office.
The Ceremony was attended by Colonel (U) Azmie Iskandar bin Ariffin, Commandant of DA RBAF. Also in attendance were DA RBAF Executive Committee, Officers, Staff and Course Participants of Command and Staff Course 16/2026.
The event began with Fardhu Maghrib prayer followed by the Sunat Hajat prayer, recitation of Surah Yassin and a special 'Doa to commemorate His Royal Highness Duli Yang Teramat Mulia Paduka Seri Pengiran Muda Mahkota Pengiran Muda Haji Al-Muhtadee Billah 52nd birthday. The function concluded with the Fardhu Isya' prayer led by Pengiran Muhammad Khairuddin bin Pengiran Haji Yussof, Imam of Surau Asy-Syuhada.
