TANAH JAMBU, Friday, 13 February 2026 - Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) commenced The Khatam Al-Qur'an in conjunction with the Royal Brunei Armed Forces 64th Anniversary at Surau Asy-Syuhada, Tanah Jambu.
Present as the Guest of Honour was lieutenant Colonel Amirul Adly bin Haji Ali, The Deputy Commandant of DA RBAF. Also in attendance were Head of Departments, Senior Officers, Officers and personnel of DA RBAF.
The ceremony began with the collective recitation of the final verses of the Al-Quran, followed by Takhtim and Dzikir Marhaban followed by the distribution of 'bunga telur' to the participants of Khatam Al-Quran. The event concluded with the Fardhu Asar in congregration and prayers for the Sultan of Brunei Darussalam and the nation.
