TANAH JAMBU, Tuesday, 08 August 2023 – Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) receive a working visit from Ministry of Health today. The visit was the first one made by MoH to DA RBAF since its establishment and is testament to the importance of the Whole of Government Approach.
Upon arrival at the Ceremonial Hall DA RBAF, Haji Kamarul Azam bin Haji Mohamad, Acting Deputy Permanent Secretary of Policy & Management and delegation was welcomed by Colonel Pg Sharifuddin bin Pg Hj Yusof, Commandant of DA RBAF and the Executive Committee of DA RBAF. 
The visit commenced with a welcoming remark by the Commandant of DA RBAF, followed by a detailed brief of DA RBAF by Major (U) Wan Muhammad Azem bin Haji Aminuddin as the acting Chief Instructor of DA RBAF. Following the briefing, the delegation had the opportunity to visit Officer Cadet School (OCS), Leadership & Management Centre (LMC, DA RBAF Library & Command & Staff College (CSC) to have better overview of the facilites at DA RBAF. The discussion following the brief was centered around the formation of the Defence Academy, expanding collaboration both internally and externally, continuous evaluation of teaching staffs and reviewing of the curriculum and course contents.
The aim of the visit was to give an overview of Defence Academy for a better understanding for the department of Human Resource Development from the Ministry of Health to form its own Health Professional academy in the future.
