DEFENCE ACADEMY ROYAL BRUNEI ARMED FORCES, Thursday, 21 September 2023 - The History of Islam (Sirah Nabawi) course for military and civilian personnel of the Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF) organised by the Religious Directorate of Royal Brunei Armed Forces (JAMA'AT) held from 18th September 2023 to 21st September 2023 at the Syndicate Room 1, Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF).
A total of 4 military personnel have attended the course for 4 days by Ustaz Haji Abdul Nasir Saufi bin Hassan, Religious Teacher of the Defence Academy Royal Brunei Armed Forces (DA RBAF).
Among the curriculums of this course is to provide the knowledge to the participants about the development of Islam during the time of the Prophet Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wassalam. It is also to strengthen the knowledge of the participants in knowing the various events that took place starting from the time of the Prophet Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wassalam.
The aim of this course is to appreciate the services and sacrifices of the Prophet Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wassalam in defending Islam as well as being able to motivate the participants to continue the glory of Islam that was sparked by the Prophet Sallallahu 'Alaihi Wassalam.
Course participants also made a study tour at the Balai Khazanah Islam Sultan Haji Hassanal Bolkiah which is included in the course syllabus.
The course concluded by the Closing Ceremony and the presentation of course completion certificates by Ustaz Pg Fakhrul Syakirin bin Pg Hj Zainuddin, Acting Assistant Religious Officer from the Religious Directorate of Royal Brunei Armed Forces (JAMA'AT). The event ended with the closing doa.
